Club Officials 2008 - 2009

The club officials are elected each year at the club's Annual General Meeting. The AGM is usually held in October or November, but for an exact date see the diary dates section of the most recent club magazine. Nominations for posts are required in advance with a proposer and a seconder. In line with CTC membership rules, all nominees must be paid up members of the CTC and must live within the postcode boundaries of BB1, BB2, BB3, BB4, BB5, BB6 or BB7. Any position which has two or more nominations will be filled according to the outcome of a vote on the night of the AGM. Similarly, any positions not filled in advance can be filled with appropriate nominations and seconders on the night of the AGM.
